Celebrating, Packing, and Back to Blogging!

Heeeeelloooo all my LOVELY, wonderful, OH-SO MISSED Reader-Friends!

How are you all? I am so glad to be back to blogging! Finals about killed me (as usual), but I survived (as usual). The end of the semester was busy, busy, busy, yet a blast with all my friends. I love these people I spend so many late nights with. We spent many nights doing homework and eating taco bell in my living room these past few weeks.

I also had a birthday two days ago and it was great! The big 2-1! You know, usually being officially another year older doesn't feel any different, but for some reason this year does. I think it must be because I reminisced so much on my birthday. It was the realization that I really, really am a big girl now. I got to spend all Sunday with my best friend Mama (which was really special since it was mother's day too) and had dinner with my parents. I ended up crying as I told Daddy how sorry I was for breaking my promise to him: I told him all the time when he took me to the lake on the weekends  when I was a little girl that he would always be the ONLY man for me. I cried when I told my parents how badly I wish I could do something to show them adequate gratitude for ALL they do for me. And believe me, they do ALOT! I can't get over how much these people love me. Oh, how I love them! I told Mama that I would write a book one day and then build her a cabin! ha, we'll see!

My girls came and hung out with me the next day too! We got pedicures and ate with some more friends at Kyoto, my favorite restaurant! Good times!

So I'm back in my hometown and looking for a summer job! If you know of anyone hiring let me know! But FIRST...I have to get ready for my trip out of the country! I'm leaving next week already! I am so very excited AND so not ready! ha! As soon as I get back I start summer classes. It's going to be a very busy summer but I'm excited!
